These delectable homemade egg noodles are super easy to make and all you need are 3 ingredients!

1 cup flour
2 egg whites
4 egg yolks



  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs together, then add the flour to form a dough.
  • Generously flour a clean surface and roll the dough flat.
  • Cut the flattened dough into even strips, then separate and boil the noodles for about 20 minutes in saltwater.
  • Remove the noodles from the hot water and transfer them to a colander. Pour hot water over them.
  • In a small skillet, fry the noodles until golden brown. Serve hot.
